Free Roving Man

Written by Keith Mouland

I walked the fields of the morning held the sun in my hand
Felt the warm breezes blowing off the face of the land
From the mountains to the valleys I travel this land
When summer comes a running I’m a free roving man

Though the burden was heavy I held on to mine
‘cos I can’t help believing freedom’s at hand
From the mountains to the valleys I travel this land
When summer comes a running I’m a free roving man

Well ,I lay in the tall grass just listening for the sound
Of summer running through my field on the outside of town
From the mountains to the valleys I travel this land
When summer comes a running I’m a free roving man
When summer comes a running I’m a free roaming man.
